As part of your treatment, you will receive a Zoom take-home whitening kit with custom-molded trays for your teeth and take-home bleaching gel for maintenance purposes. Avoid colored foods like dark-colored beverages, red wine, dark-colored fruits and vegetables, food containing dyes, etc., and consuming acidic foods, which can cause tooth sensitivity and gum irritation, for 24 hours after treatment.

It uses pre-filled bleach gel in silicone trays that take just 20 minutes, with only one minute of prep time.
